Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)
 
Returns and Exchanges
 Since all products are handmade, returns and exchanges are generally not possible.
Exceptions

 Returns may be accepted if:
 the product arrives damaged
 
 there is an error on my part
 
In this case, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
Personalized Products
 Personalized items are excluded from returns and refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations
 Cancellations are only possible as long as production has not yet begun.
 Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds
 If a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method.
