 All products are handmade. Minor variations in color, shape, or structure are normal and do not constitute a defect.

 All prices are quoted in CHF.
 I am not subject to VAT (turnover below CHF 100,000).

4. Order & conclusion of contract
 By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer.
 The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation.

5. Payment
 Payment options may include: TWINT, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (depending on shop settings).

6. Shipping
 Shipping is carried out in accordance with my shipping policy.

7. Personalized products
 Personalized items cannot be returned.
 Please check all details (names, colors, dates) carefully.

 I am not liable for damage caused by improper use.

9. Retention of title
 The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

 The place of jurisdiction is the owner's place of residence, Switzerland.
