 Delivery times
 As all products are handmade, production time is usually 2–3 business days.
 Shipping time via Swiss Post is usually 1–2 business days.
 
Pickup
 Personal pickup is possible by arrangement.
 
Delays
 During peak seasons or for personalized products, processing times may be longer.
 We will inform you if there are any delays.
 
Losses & damage during shipping
 Once the item has been handed over to the postal service, the shipping risk lies with the buyer.
 
 In the event of transport damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos (package + product) so that we can find a solution together.
